Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • This warranty does not cover cosmetic (physical) damage, acts of God, misuse, accidents, commercial use, normal wear and tear, blown speakers, cut cords, bent jacks, loss or theft, modification to the product or products with attempted repair/modification.
  • This warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights, it does not cover products purchased open box, sold as-is, by private party resale or any other third party purchases from unauthorized dealers.
  • Failing to activate the warranty within 7 days of purchase will render this warranty null or void.
  • Failing to present the valid ORIGINAL proof of purchase upon claim will render this warranty null or void.
  • SEMITSE is not responsible for shipping costs of demaged products to our service center or replacement products to the owner’s address

  • Photo of original purchase invoice and attach to email
  • Send an email to info@semitse.com with subject “Warranty Activation”

Steps to Claim Warranty:

  • For a Return Merchandise Autorization (RMA) Please download the form here
  • Fill in the form correctly
  • Email the completed form and photo original invoice to info@semitse.com with the subject “RMA”
  • Our team will respond to your submission within 2×24 hours via email
